• By the laws of the government and as responsible citizens; air and noise pollution norms are to be strictly followed. The sound level should not exceed more than 55 decibels and live/loud music is not allowed. External music system or speakers are not allowed.
  • Usage of fire crackers, any sounds producing/ air polluting practices are not permitted at anytime.
  • Baraat troop is only allowed for 15 to 20 minutes from roadside entrance to venue entrance with minimal sound between 9:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.
  • Decoration and all entertainment activities should be booked with our vendors only.
  • Decorators and caterers need to setup the furniture according to their requirement; only furniture is provided by the venue.
  • The clothes for the tables will be handed over to the concerned person and the same to be returned as provided. Necessary police and corporation permission for any public event have to be obtained from the clients only.
  • Consumption of liquor within the premises is not permissible without license.
  • As per the policy, use of liquor, gambling, smoking, offensive dances and loud music etc., and any such illegal/offensive practices are not permissible within the premises.
  • As a company that follows environment friendly practices, we request you try and avoid any disposable plastic items such as plastic cups, plastic etc., and strictly follow the noise and air pollution norms.
  • Please take care not to damage the venue property and its flora and fauna in anyway. Management is not responsible for any risks occurring out of the use of the property. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them, their guests or any person in their group and money will be recovered to the extent of damages before check-out
  • Please present any ID proof issues by government upon check-in
  • In the event of disputes, the decision of the management shall be considered as final, subject to Bangalore jurisdictions.
  • In case of any natural calamities or pandemic, no refund will be given; alternative dates will be provided subject to availability.

  • Venue Packages

    • GST 18% applicable on all the charges.

    • Floating capacity of up to 1000 guests can be accommodated.

    • Full accounts to be cleared First week of the previous month prior to the event date.

    • Eight-hour package would be from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

    • For lawn: chairs 300 and round tables 30 and for dining hall: long tables 80 and dining chairs 300.

    • Extra furniture will be provided at extra cost.

    • Kitchen will be provided with no equipment

    An amount of Rs.25,000/- need to be deposited by the client, which will be refunded at the end of the event.

    An amount of Rs.25,000/- need to be deposited by the caterer, which will be refunded at the end of the event.

    For damages or loss done by the guests or the client, the damages will be borne by the client in full.

  • Cancellation Policy

    In case of any cancellations, the following charges are applicable:

    • To block the date, an amount of 50% of the total amount has to be paid.

    • Within 30 days from the date of the event – No refund. 

    • Within 30 – 70 days from the date of the event – 25% of the booking amount will be refunded.

    • Within 70 days and above from the date of the event – 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

    • For lawn: chairs 300 and round tables 30 and for dining hall: long tables 80 and dining chairs 300.

    • Postponement or advancement of the booking is not allowed.

    • The management cannot be held liable to refund the rentals in case of cancellation due to riots/sire/strike/damage caused by any natural calamities before or during the booking period.

    • Management cannot be held responsible for any damage/loss of property because of theft during the event.

    • Management cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries of the guest or organizers during the event.

  • Waste Management

    Caterer waste: All caterers after every meal service should clear the complete food and beverage waste in all the areas and segregate it category wise i.e., wet, dry, and hazardous waste in garbage and dispose it in allotted area provided in the premises within the package timing.

  • Liquor License

    If you would like to have alcohol served for your event, kindly obtain a one day Liquor License from the Excise Department. You would need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from us for obtaining the license. Request you to talk to us for the same. No alcohol can be served at our premises without the one-day Liquor License. Please note; if the Government does not allow consumption of alcohol on your given date at the premises, this should be strictly followed and no exception will be made.
